Frank Houska (1902-1992) graduated from Kansas State University in 1925 with a degree in civil engineering. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church from 1939 where he served as deacon. His career at the Illinois Division of Highways encompassed 37 years. But for some, in Springfield, his name may be more familiar as the grandfather of Charlie Houska.
Charlie Houska is shown above with his typical playful pop art designs.
