Clifford Older (1876-1943) served as the chief engineer with the Illinois Department of Transportation before serving as president at Consoer, Older and Quinlan.
Kitty Older (1878-1953) and her husband Clifford were the second residents at 1414 Lowell.
James Martin Fitzgerald (1892-1929) is the little boy on the right. He would be an early resident of 1414 Lowell where his wife Elizabeth would reside for the next 40 years. His daughter, Mary Sellers (1924-2020), grew up in this house and then enjoyed her married life at 1601 Whittier.
