What are dues used for?

Your neighborhood association dues are used to fund neighborhood activities like the Easter Egg Hunt, National Night Out, Clean-Up Days, and the Holiday Party and Luminary. Dues are also used for Lowell Boulevard mowing. The dues structure is based on estimates of yearly expenses.
