2025 Holiday Festivities

Neither the biting chill nor the frost could dampen the spirits of Hawthorne Place. On December 13, the neighborhood came alive as the Lumsdens and the Sudas graciously opened their doors, turning a frigid evening into a warm celebration of community.

The festivities at Hawthorne Place were too big for just one night. Following the warmth of the Lumsden and Suda open houses on the 13th, the neighborhood gathered again on December 20. Though the weather forced a slight delay, the wait was worth it as residents bundled up for spirited horse-drawn carriage rides through our decorated streets.
