Albert Jay Parsons (1871-1959) and Grace McIntosh Parsons (1873-1967) were the third family to live at 1508 Holmes. Albert worked as the secretary-treasurer of the Illinois Telephone Association. They also lived at 1520 Holmes and 1607 Holmes.
